The Glendale Police Department Pink Patch Project is a nonprofit initiative.

Through our service, our department, and our pink patches, we’re proud to support those impacted by breast cancer from members of our own department to families across our community.

Proceeds from merchandise sales and donations help us provide direct support locally and also contribute to Bosom Buddies, a nonprofit dedicated to individuals affected by breast cancer.

About The Pink Patch Project

The Pink Patch Project is a collaborative campaign led by public safety agencies across the globe to raise awareness and funds in the fight against breast cancer.

Each October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, first responders wear custom-designed pink patches on their uniforms — not just as a show of support, but as a spark for community conversation around early detection, prevention, and hope.

Through the worldwide sale of these collectible patches, they have raised over $1.5 million to directly support breast cancer research, education, and patient services. Every patch sold brings us one step closer to a cure and proves the power of purpose driven public service.
